BATTERIES TESTING
The most common cause of mobility scooter breakdowns is the battery. With constant charging and discharging, scooter batteries lose their ability to hold a charge. Most modern scooters will alert you when the battery needs replacing.
CHARGER TESTING
If your charger is damaged, has a short, or is not giving out the correct amperage, your scooter and/or battery can be damaged. We will perform a Charger Voltage Test to ensure your charger is functioning correctly.
UPPER CONSOLE TESTING
The Upper console consists of the Ignition, Speed Pot, Throttle, charge port, Fuses, and horn. If your scooter is having issues turning on or seems sluggish, you may have issues in this area.

The controller, or electronic speed controller (ESC), is an electronic circuit that controls the motor speed in an electric scooter. It receives input from the throttle and precisely controls the current flow from the battery to the motor.

The tires & bearings are what make the wheels run freely and without friction. If you experience vibration, uneven tread wear, wheel wobble, or scooter hesitation, you may have issues with your bearings and tires. (NOTE) Only applies to mobility scooters. Not kick scooters.

Fuses protect the circuits in your scooter from excessive current flow. So, if an electrical item in your vehicle stops working, the first thing to do is check the automotive fuses. Automotive fuses blow at an amperage below the point at which damage occurs in the circuit.
